and that bolt in the picture is exactly the same as the ones I source. If I buy them 250 at a time I can get the price down under 3$ apiece from the manufacturer.

part of the problem is that the fine pitch metric threads are a Japanese thing, and they do not have a standard there for fine pitch flathead socket cap bolts. So nobody makes them.
They're custom made by a manufactured for my adapter plates. They cost about 5$ apiece, and you can only buy them 50 pcs. at a time.
Which is exactly why I'm the only person that makes those adapters.
yeeeeessss, printing everything out is essential. Having the laptop is nice, but I swear they're information voids that make it harder to find info as opposed to just having it in a folder in the shop.
The holes on the 3vz don't get moved out so much as opened up. the larger bolt hole envelopes about 90% of the original hole on the 3vz flywheel. As opposed to the 3sgte flywheel that ends up looking like mickey mouse ears. I have a great photo on this computer I'll post up of a near failure of...
