Another turbo question thread. Garrett GT4082 VNT

Im not sure about that particular turbo, but VNT makes for an extremely versatile turbo. If i were you i would leave the control box and try and set it up. guy in the uk used twin gt25vnt and got 550 bhp so cant say much other than wow

those headers are much better than stock, by removing the AC, fan and better exhaust will leberate a quite a few horses from the engine. should push 300 bhp imho

justengt8 did a custom lower half which would net a decent increase. as for headers it would need to be custom in yours as the ones out their are pretty model specific, but you could mod the tundra headers on ebay to fit yours. any pics of the engine bay ?

    Possible 1GZ project (R&D Phase)

the v160 and rb getrag are two different beasts, the chance of the rb oil pan even remotely fitting the 1gz are very remote, but chopping and rewelding the 2 of them together is a better option. seriously though i think your in dream land, even with 50-60k thrown at it, the chance of completion...

    Is there a TT resource?

best way is to look at all the builds you can, check the pics for what they have done and try to replicate it. cheapest way is to switch and flip the standard manifolds.

    FISH Bracket position

you can flip the charger round, but even then i dont think it will clear everything.

    FISH Bracket position

looking at the pics there wont be any room. your best bet would be to get a m90 or m112 from bullet of the likes. unless you want to move your rad and shit
