It is 2000-2003 engine From your initial post it looks like you may have 2008-2009 chassis of some other brand, with old Lexus engine fitted, and twin ecu setup implemented so old ecu controls instrument panel, and 3uz ecu controls 3uz. That may explain the fact you see unrelated trouble codes...

you don't need x5 frequency multiplication, although the device is capable of doing it instead it's recommended to source front wheel abs sensor's signal which will give better accuracy (and it will require frequency division of about 1/10th which is also possible)

loom won't plug it, immobilizer system is different, instrument panel / ABS / a/c interface is different so it will be like swapping say F150 or RAM 1500 to said 2UZ
