Air lock, bleed it up and see how you go.Have you done anything with the cooling system of late??Not losing water at all??
A Air lock will kill the heaters as they are quite high in the system.Feel the pipes leading in/out of your fire wall, will be cold if theres air in it.
ever looked at a Profire ecu for the gas?Its a ecu especially made to control gas with maps for low gas pressure and all that other crap that petrol wouldnt use.
I breifly looked into it for the vl to run straight gas only.
Ive just purchased a v2 sq a few weeks ago of ebay. Now this didnt come with any oil lines. Are the vortech ones anything special in regards to restricting oils supply and stuff like that? When i bought this one the guy got enzed to make some lines out of hydrolic fittings but ones ive seen on...
Otherwise a piece of flat bar drill to suit the flange with some rubber underneath. That will block all 4 holes and then even on could be made for the flange that bolts your cats on with a test fitting welded/solder in.
Using a screw in test plug, its a taper rubber bung with a fitting to put a air line on.I didnt test mine to any more than a few PSI as they are not really pressurised, mine leaked in a few spots, but wasnt stressed about it.
Is it in some sort off cowling?Sounds like a air flow issue. 70mm think? that is fairly thick for a electric fan to pull through.May slao be a issue of not enough engine bay room to remove the heat out of.
From memory theres about three or four different gears ranging from 28 to 31 splines. When i spoke to toyota here in Perth they stocked one or two the rest were ex japan.
I tried to use 10.8 grade hex head bolts as the cap screws were to narrow under the head.Do use 10.8 grade they just stretched and would not tighten to even 80 nm.
I used bolts from the 100 series crusier as they have a manula trans option.I tried using ARP bolts but now one could get me any in the length/diameter i needed.
