yeah, I followed two bikes down some nice bendy roads the other day. had to brake more on some corners than I normally would have. when I mentioned it to a guy at work, he said you can't ride a bike as fast down hill around bends, because you're on the brakes too much.

kinda pointless to start wearing the turbo out without many performance gains :) I could probably run slightly more boost than I am now, but I don't feel its worth it.

for anyone who cares, which doesn't seem like anyone, I've had this sitting on the bedroom floor for the past 7 months... *sigh* and I've had this sitting around for about a year now! I need money! I need injectors, ecu, half an exhaust, fuel pump, and probably camshafts, *sigh*

did anyone actually ask auto or manual? a small turbo, doing 9psi, would pretty much be upto boost right off the line. however, if they're both manuals, then you're going to have an advantage with the supercharger on gear changes.

oh, btw, as seen in the pic above, I now own a VL commodore wagon as a daily driver. haha :pokey:

so, any maintenance on the engine will pretty much require the whole thing to be removed then? sparkplugs for example... timing belt, etc etc...

I fixed the bootlid by moving the latch down 5mm or so, and replaced the intrusion bar. there's a little bit of damage to the metalwork, but nothing major, so I just left it as it was. need to get the bumper fixed at some stage, but who really cares?

can't you just jumper a link, using wire, in the port thingo, and read the codes off a flashing light on the dash?
