    1UZ cooling system questions / issues

    Keep in mind the thermostat really won't open until the coolant hits around 100*C. The radiator in every 1UZ swap I've done stays cold until right about 100*C.

    That is the regulator, not the rectifier. Are there no alternator repair shops near you?

    If you're 100% sure there are no boost leaks, than there are only 3 possible causes: 1. Throttles too restrictive/not opening up fully 2. You're just not spinning the blower fast enough 3. The blower is bad and leaks too much past the rotors
