High class (lots of money) so your family could hire people to carry you. Women all over world seem to do some strange things in the so called pursuit of beauty. Where I am in the world, men still pay the brides family a dowery prior to marriage. One of the factors is skin color, the lighter the...

    it twin charging really feasible?

Cribbj, I think the title is "Maximum Boost" by Corky Bell. I just ran across this title on a list recommended by Ray Hall.

Maybe this is the right place for this. Has anyone experience with the Autronics SM4 Virtural Dash? Or any type of virtural dash at all? Would love to have engine status/performance displayed on a screen in the cab (it's a truck)

V8 Lexus Conversion > 1994 Toyota Hilux (Manual)

Andrew, Depending on which transmission you are going to use there are two options I know of locally for you. CRC and Dellow make 1UZ bellhousings/adapters for Toyota transmissions. I got mine, 1uz to R151f from Dellow. Flywheel, ring gear for the starter, bearings, clutch fork etc. The R151F 5...

Welcome Andrew (MRF-Dru), I am in the middle of a 1UZ into a 2006 Toyota Prerunner (hilux). A few questions. What transmission do you have, any planned modifications to the engine, which 1UZ engine are you using?

    boring

Will do. I think another 0.100" (2.5 mm) of wall thickness is a good thing. As I have always said, not looking for rwhp over about 500 but a strong runner.

I am pretty sure that they heat and chill with an interference fit. The sleeves I am looking at right now will be sized from diesel engine sleeves. I am still a few weeks off on this so more to follow if anyone is interested.

    boring

Perfect timing for this thread for me. I believe that with an overbore of 0.020" on a 1UZ you would end up with cylinder liner walls with a thickness of 0.177" (4.4958 mm). Since I am in the process of installing new Ross 8.5 pistons I am also considering re-sleeving to fit the new pistons and...
