    do not run a bypass oil cooler, run a full flow one, please both of you do some research oil coolers in general to save yourself many headaches.

    ****ing nice work! try an MA70 master cylinder the reservoir is a bit more compact in some ways... my only concern is your RHS cam cover is going to have a short term relationship with your wastegate pipe and then end up divorced from the motor

    I ended up with 215rwkw on my 9/96 1uz running 7psi non-intercooled, is yours a pre 96 motor with the big rods? I can't wait to see what I get with my tvs2300 and E85 setup :) (on an early beefy rod motor)

    the M112 will be spinning slower and have less parasitic loss, discharge temps from the M112 will be MUCH lower so you can run more advance etc etc..

    the 20kw more you get out of an m90 vs the 50kw or so you get from an m112 for the same boost makes it not worth it unless the m90 kit is VERY VERY cheap

    yep big ass trans cooler with a fan on it is a good idea if your doing lots of low speed high load stuff and chuck in a z9 filter and base to add oil capacity if your going to be doing LOTS of rock crawling i'd look at a multi-plate lock up torque converter so you can keep it locked at all...

    the problem your going to face is the heat can't escape, a mate had a single turbo L98 6ltr supra and after an unrelated incident when it all got pulled down all the wires (Tefzel!) where starting to melt behind heat shields and firesleeve. the only way i have seen front mount turbo v8's work...
