Alright so I test fit the engine with the modified frame rails... besides needing to modify the engine mounts again, it all fits... So I started to do the welding. May not look like a lot... but trust me... it was no such thing.

Dont remember.. I think the 95 is larger though (i have both around somewhere and they are not interchangable... Also the 95 has a smaller IAC casing too... they look different, the 95 looks better :)

The IAC has a different size hose for the 95 compared to the 94-earlier ones... and if you are physically looking at them... 95+ does not have a cold start injector, so look for the feed line from the rail.

Look at the EGR valve. If it has a 2 wire plug setup, 94 and earlier... a multiple pin setup, then its 95+

Wow looking good man. Using an HX52 (billet comp wheel) so its similar to your (smaller exhaust housing if I remember). how is the spool on such a turbo? any powers numbers?

care to share with the class? I have little room for shielding and I see coating as the only solution for me.
