    Yea should be making that in KW ??? Good "streetable" pushrods make that !! Hmm ??? Maybe advance cam ??Or experiment with cam timing ... Is the ignition breaking down in upper RPM ?? AFR's read o/k ??

    Sluggish performance.

    Get a decent ECU and tuner you'll be fine.. Half hearted, bodged tune often ends in grief.. There's a reason ECU's over $1.5k work better..

    They sure built them durable.. 130 h.p / 305 torque with 7.8 ltr with "turbocharged" engine.. Idle speed seems high ??? Should last longer than criponite.. Aha be interesting going out for dinner etc in this ...

    I don't know about Ecu's seems no one has cracked them.. I have used Haltech or EMS 8860...Depending on tuner...

    I bought some tube from O'Brien Alloy.. The inlet we made was put together using two pieces welded together.. If we did it again we'd have the welds up the side and polish weld a little.. ; ; Not good weld this one was rejected.. ; Welded and machined so all even then tapped back to...

    The VVT engine's are way a head... The rotating assemblies are much lighter.. Any more power .. Forged rotating assembly makes solid, very durable engines.. Boats tend to be hard on cranks and rods..

    You WILL find torque is so much lower too.. An extra 100 h.p would be kinda hard to achieve to a point.. Like any good forced induction .. Making power is easy.. Limiting the power with require a good wastegate... A 400 h.p Forced engine is much quicker than 400 N/A engine..

    Latter model cams are hard to come by... They use these engines in N.Z Super stock ..Producing good power... In excess of 450 h.p.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ol6E_DSdBc So someone there MUST re-grind std cams ?? Check with Gloverman... Check local cam guys who do twin cam engines..??

    TMK the bolts that hold starter motor go through from bell-housing side, the thread is on the starter motor.. Mine is JDM motor and different auto.. You may get away with 10 / 12mm 3/8 drive socket ??? Or flex tube spanner..
