1UZ no idle, running very rich + missfire

Bearings are 6902V and 608V. Just set the TPS per factory, .40mm closed then .65mm should be open between IDL and Earth. If you set it too tight it will be a bit touchy, and may go open circuit when engine hot etc. Idle speed should be around 650 rpm when hot.

1UZ no idle, running very rich + missfire

Yeah agree, sort ECU first. I have a few ecu's so easy to swap for testing. In the interim also check. Water temp sender underneath top right coil, cam and crank sensors, check resistance and continuity back to ecu.

1UZ no idle, running very rich + missfire

There's a ebay shop in the US, A $110 plus 25 ship for remanufactured and flow matched injectors. Otherwise you could have an injector specialist clean and flow test your original ones ? Aftermarket ones are probably fine as long as not running too lean. Also make sure you have TPS set...

How does it run with AFM disconnected ? Btw what injectors did you end up sourcing ? may be in need of a new set soon.

1st gen 1UZ fuel pressure adaptor

As title suggests I want to check some fuel pressures, I have a full testing kit but pretty sure none of the fittings will match the 1UZ. Does anyone know where I can get an adaptor ?

1UZ no idle, running very rich + missfire

Great news. Ditch the old plugs just throw a new set in there. Cleaning plugs I have found very hit and miss once properly fouled.

1UZ no idle, running very rich + missfire

Ok, Start with new injectors and go from there. If haven't already replace injector plugs as well. Maybe also bench test old injectors in the interim.

1UZ no idle, running very rich + missfire

New or cleaned injectors might be worth doing either way. Have you replaced or checked the coils ? double checked resistance on all leads ? especially lead from coil to cap ? How is your breather system setup ? often these are wrong causing unmetered air to enter engine ? checked and or...

Have you removed and cleaned the IACV ? Checked bearings etc ?

1UZ-FE NON-VVTI front facing performance intake manifold

I doubt it, can't see much improvement on a NA apart from moving the torque curve to the right slightly. Standard intake will make over 1000 hp rear wheel.

1UZ headers and steering shaft clearance

Yes does look tight, You could modify existing manifolds, probably easier to simply get a new pair of exhaust flanges and make a log style manifold. The 1uz seems to run fine with them. Probably remove the steering column install headers then reinstall...

Need help finding ecu pinout diagram for a 1uzfe Nonvvti ecu

Contact Kelvin at the Cartune Company. https://thecartunecompany.co.nz/ I'm sure he sells this sort of info. Otherwise I would have it somewhere but might take me a while to find.

1UZ headers and steering shaft clearance

I would probably just convert it to a log header and leave it at that. Maybe some more pictures from above to get a better idea of room available.

    Looking for a rebuilt 1UZFE

Thanks for your reply, I was prepared for an exchange or rebuilt. Was looking at the Bullet engines, just looking at feedback. Anyway, after further investigation, dropped the gearbox and turns out it was a bent flywheel, after new starter was installed tolerance were a tad tighter a just...
