what are you using the car for? the Wolf V500 V550 might work for you but i'm unsure about support in the USA

looks good, if you want to improve upon that you could run the TRD thermostat (74c) and run say a 85c and 95c thermo switches so most of the time you only run one fan. also if you're going to keep the aircon in a hot climate a small fan on the front as a pusher hooked up to the compressor...

no... use the sensor on the ground side of the relay and ignition feed on the positive side. normally pin 30 would be power feed use a relay for each fan and a fuse for each fan use quality wire (tefzel if you can) and deutsch DT connectors a better solution would be...
