The SC14 is rated to 10,000 RPM. The SC12 will do 12,000 RPM. Any faster than this and they will start melting the rotors.

Water wont clean up the intake or inlet manifold. Only something like seafoam will do that. Water is only good for cleaning the combustion chambers.

All the above. The VVTI 1UZ is quite a different engine from the earlier 1UZ.

As long as you are not spraying huge amounts of fuel, spraying before an intercooled SC wont be a problem. If the fuel is properly sprayed (atomised), once its through the hot supercharger, itll be completeley evaporated into the intake air. I would be more worried about an inlet backfire...
