    porsche 944 1uzfe swap info/help...

I doubt you will find anyone making an adaptor to the Porsche torque tube. It can be done, but it will be a one off and will be expensive. Suggest you start looking for race car engineering/machining workshops. There are many in the UK but be prepared to pay.

    Boost referenced FPR for M90?

Steve, Have you checked actual fuel rail pressure with a gauge ? I am pretty sure the injectors will not open at that sort of fuel pressure, unless you are using piezo injectors.

    Cost of bolts

Beware of metric fasteners ! Metric class 8.8 IS NOT THE SAME as imperial grade 8, in fact it is only HALF the strength of imperial grade 8. If you are stuck with metric, make SURE (even socket head cap screws) they are class 12.9, which is closer to grade 8. With the large number of Asian...

Tuning Table Size VE and Advance POLL inside

At least 20 load or TPS sites. You need quite a few if mapping from TPS. 23 rpm sites is more than enough. Once over 3000/4000 rpm 1000 or more rpm gaps are ok.

There are NO OPTIONS with flywheel's, you make a custom one. Peewee, I disagree - it's called manslaughter when it kills someone else.

Shim over, or under bucket...or shimless?

XR8tt, I believe the bucket/shim failure is related to rpm. If you retain the stock intake plenum you will be limited to around 6500 rpm. In this case billet cams and 180lb springs are probably OK. However, it is a different story once you get rid of the std inlet manifold. Even with stock...

Shim over, or under bucket...or shimless?

John, Been a bit busy lately, so I will reply to your PM here. The engine with the lash caps fitted should ????? be ready to dyno in a couple of weeks. We only have 1.5 mm recess to locate the lash cap on the valve stem. Is it enough ? I think it will be (fingers crossed) unless you run into...

    Engine to Transmission Bolt Pattern.

Doug, The drawing is for a dry sump 1UZ to a 94D Reynard F3000 gearbox. The bottom of this adaptor is the bottom of our sump, the 2 holes without dimensions are for studs from the sump through the adaptor and the gearbox. I do not know the dimensions for the std 1UZ sump bolts. The flywheel is...

    High Output Fuel System

Rod, You will probably require 2 pressure regulators. We have a blown 2.2ltr VW on methanol, around 500bhp, 2 x 044 pumps and -6 lines. Uses 5.5ltrs/min on WOT. We had to fit a second FPR as the pressure was rising on part throttle. The single FPR could not return enough fuel.

What sort of revs can i get out of the stock oil pump setup?

I don't know the answer to that, I have my doubts though. RB26 Nissan's do split the outer ring, but we have an RB25 turning 8000 every day, has done 60,000 Klm and no problems. (says he with fingers and toes crossed) Erol
