The lsd itself will fit in your housing and you may be able to use the axles as well. The 3rd member is different

I would be earthing the blue/yellow wire to tell it not to go into overdrive. Earthing this wire turns on the "OD OFF" light which is also your malfunction light.

Which particular front cut 1UZ did you buy? Do you have a picture of what you want or part number?

The speedo sends a 4 pulse per revolution to the ECU . I think you will find that the sender on the transmission sends 8 pulses per revolution to the speedo.

What is the Toyota part number on the ECU? This will tell what vehicle it came from. Also the sump position is an indication
