    Running bad when cold

Clear the codes and try again. It could be something stored from a while ago. I can't remember exactly what it is, but its either one of the cams sensors, or one of the ignitors.

They have different sensors for the dash and ecu. If you have the pinout of your ecu unplug it and measure the resistance of the coolant temp sensor, and then compare it to here. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=FI&P=113

    UCF11 Celsior- need help

The original compressor will work fine with R134A. Thats what 99% of converted cars do. The only thing that changes are the fitting where they gas it from. Whats wrong with your compressor? That sensor will be common for a fair few Toyota's. You just have to make sure that the plug and...

    UCF11 Celsior- need help

'A' has nothing to do with the speedo, so replacing that won't help. Bridge TE1 and E1 and find out what code the OD light is trying to say. It may be nothing to do with the 'A' sensor.

    Idle air control unit

If its one of the later model ones that seems to be a cast unit that can't be pulled apart then no, they are physically different sizes, as well as being electrically different. However I don't know the part number or the year of the later model one I had, I just know it now serves as a good...

Its not factory either, someone has added it.

    UCF11 Celsior- need help

B drives the speedo itself, and then a signal goes from the speedo to the ecu (SP1 or SPD) A goes directly to the ecu (SP2)

If they are the same part number you can use them. If they are different part numbers you can't.

    R154 to 1uz-fe adapter plate

The auto bellhousing needs to be spaced out 30mm. Now whether you use a 30mm piece of material and machine it flat, or whether you use a 35mm piece of material and machine a 5mm lip its up to you.

    Testing Leads

Ah sorry, I knew you had written some of that before. I missed it in the previous post. I believe Magnecor have a local distributer. Might have to hit him up. Ideally I'd like 8mm leads, as I won't be able to run the special spacing clips, so they'll all have to be touching.

Manage to get a pic of those Magnecor leads? How did they fit? What size are they? Did you order them from a shop or on the web? Ta

Michigan 1UZ - MkIII Supra swap

Sounds like the coils were the problem. I've had one intermittently die on me (one on the top of the motor). I reckon its due to the extra heat its exposed to compared to the one on the side.

    help on 1uz mk1v swap...

Weight is approx 3200lbs, (1450kg) depending on options. Get yours weighed if you want an exact figure. Performance is better than stock, but nothing compared to the 2JZGTE (until you boost the 1UZ) Look at eBay, you can buy the CAD file there and get it made locally SC400 mounts and Sump...

Michigan 1UZ - MkIII Supra swap

Best way to test for leaks is to go around the engine bay/manifolds with a hose. One end in your ear and the other end poking around, listening for that rushing air sound. I've currently got a problem where the right side runs lean and the left side runs normal. Can't figure it out. Its...

    Offical Supra xUZ Registry

Update on mine too. Got it registered on 24th December 2008. No longer running the Delco ecu, back on a stock Celsior ECU, and having issues with it still :)

    1uzfe still a mystery

The CSI only runs when the key is on START, as soon as you let go the CSI stops. But the point about the fuel pump is valid. I'm not sure what voltage the pump defaults to, chances are without the SC400 ecu in there it won't run at all, and as such I'd hazard a guess its been wired...

Have you had the injectors cleaned? Have you had the fuel pressure measured at those RPM's? Are the spark plugs gapped correctly?

    1uzfe still a mystery

Surely it would have been easier to get an SC loom though ?(although, I bet hindsight is a good thing). I've played with box looms and the engine side is the only thing that is similar. The rest couldn't be more different in not only the plugs, but the orientation of every wire. Have you...
