John,
As pointed out above, that alternator has been dropped and landed on the plug corner.
That plug should be perfectly round.
Most pre1990 Toyota's (at least the larger ones) will run that plug.
My MX73 Cressida and the MA61 Supra's do.
Pretty sure my 1990 LS400 does as well.
As per title.
Looks like this.
The Soarer and the Celsior and later model Crown's came with hydraulic fan pumps, so not useable.
Can buy the bracket from the US, but not the pulley.
Hoping to get the whole thing in Aust, but will go OS if needed.
If you don't have an OD OFF switch the car will operate normally, but you want be able to drop the car back from OD to D when ever you choose.
Its mainly used when towing.
Likewise for the PWR switch. If its not connected the ecu will just remain in NORM.

Given his broken english, I'd say he's using a translater to convert Chinese to English.
They probably just list it as an R154 with a 160mm input shaft.
(R154 has a 190mm shaft, R151F has a 160mm shaft)
Both CRS and Dellow make them for R151F's. (Infact my R154 has a Dellow R151F bellhousing on it, but with the CRS 30mm spacer)...
W58 from a Supra won't help if you plan on keeping the car 4WD.
G52 will be barely any weaker as they basically share the same casing and bearings.
W5x or G5x will also explode if you try to run 400hp through it in 4WD mode in a 4Runner.
You want the R151F.
Bellhousings can be bought...
