    Vvti and non vvti front sump components interchange. Vvti has increased ribbing with internal brace and brace at rear by flex plate access plate.

    I think you might find the early UZ were closer to 250hp crank. One of the first things I would be doing , after getting it running and normal maintenance done would be an aftermarket ecu which does both engine and transmission if you plan to keep it auto.     I have plenty of 2uz injectors. They work great in the 1uz non vvti 1uz. I use normal injectors in the 3uz with a couple of tweaks. I might get around to doing a video one day.
