    400hp on a 1uz is a lot of money to invest man, a decent supercharger setup will run you roughly 2-3k for a basic bare minimum setup and turbocharging is 3.5k+

    Supercharger is a good bang for buck power adder and its a relatively simple setup from my understanding. A vortech v1 s-trim or a Paxton novi 2000 can be had at a decent price second hand.

    What mods have you done to the engine? Valve springs are going to need to get upgrade, if you haven't rebuillt the engine now would be a good time to get your crank, rods and pistons balanced. But I have very limited experience with these engines some of the other guys should chime in soon.

    Would the 1200 or 1500 fit the fish bracket? Also my initial goal is 300-350rwhp and 500-600rwhp later on in the future which would be a better choice?

    Yeah from what I've researched I could get a basic setup for around 2k and run 6-7psi and that's not including supporting mods like the trans, tune up ect so I say it done for somewhere in the ballpark of 3-3.5k.

    The bullet supercharger kit is way too expesive if you ask me you could get a decent setup with good gains from a procharger or vortech and still be under 5k. The 1uz will handle that kind of abuse. Just my .02
