If you are not running the auto trans just get a megasquirt. All tuneable and cheap for a standalone ecu

Got a couple of trans pans back. Will machine them next week then the polishers. Sump pattern will be going down next so should have them in the next few weeks

have you got fresh fuel in the tank & not the 6 month old stuff. Could make a bit of difference. Wouldn't hurt to pull the plugs and either change as already suggested or clean any crap off them if you have use stale fuel

Well has taken longer than I wanted but have nearly finished the patterns for the sump. Here are some pics of the style. The trans pan pattern is finished and similar style but I don't have pics as it is at the foundry hopefully getting the first one cast. With any luck the sump will go down...

Have you checked that the cold start injector isn't staying on or faulty and leaking. Just something else to look at:confused::confused::confused:

I dont know anything about these cars but why not use a tank out of the petrol version. Do they have an intank pump?????

I like this tread and your project as i really like thinking outside the square and being different to everyone else. Thats why i put a 1UZ in my 37 Chev rather than the normal 350/350/9" combo.I am toying with the idea of joining 2 1UZ's together to put into a 46 Riley RMB as a future project...

Not really into late model cars but i do appreciate the amount of work and modification skills going into this build. I also like thinking outside the square. Some nice polished billet covers over the coils would look nice with painted cam covers

Here is another style. The back on these ones has been recessed for COP but not sure if its enough. With these the COP would be able to sit above the top edge of the rocker cover by about 6 or 7mm. These still have to be finished and polished

I will try to get a set of ball milled ones done this week. They will be in different styles as well so can be made to a specific style that you might want.

Heres a pic of the cast old school type. Still have to get them ploished properly but you get the idea. The others i am working on will be cnc ball milled but havent made any yet. Have no idea on price yet as just testing the waters at the moment.
