    so, T2 just bolts in, in place of the open spider gears. Nothing to it. Take apart diff, put in the new bits, reset your gear spacing/pinion lash, bobs yer uncle. I used the SC300 diff because the ring an pinion is 4.26 ish instead of the 3.63 ish gear ratios - LS is geared too tall for track...

    Transmission cooler lines broken. Replacements available?

    Pulling the 1998 GS400 trans for rebuild, the cooler lines broke when trying to remove at the fitting. What's best way to repair? Get own fittings and soft aluminum line and bend up new, or are these still available? If I need to make my own, anybody know off hand the fitting and tubing size...

    That sounds really weird. Mine is soft in every gear but 5th.. I thought it was just clutch slippage. Where's this fuse? I might change it just for the heck of it lol

    I did get this solved properly. Was another screwup on my part. Turns out the caliper had loosened up a bit at the race previous so was moving around. Once bolted down tightly again it was fine. Dang, these stupid mistakes are killin me.

    Thanks for the replies... figured it out. EPS was pulling down voltage. Rewired EPS to not power up until start and alls good.
