Changed the MPX Body ECU, still no joy. Does anyone know anything about the multiplexing system?

So, we saw this 95 LS400 for sale on ebay, not running, cheap, so we figured can't be too hard, right... We got it running, some dumb auto sparky had pulled the alarm out to try and start it but some how managed to forget to reconnect the fuel pump that was split by the immobilizer. Then...
