It's a sc400, I figured they were both the same seatbelt wise. All I'm asking is where does the bottom strap of the seatbelt mount to?

I just bought my first Lexus last week and it is a little rough but i got her cheap. One of the things i need to fix are the seat belts. They are mounted at the top, but not the bottom (floor?). My question is, what do they mount to? and what part do i need to get to mount them, it seems like...
