Can any one help i have transplanted a 1990 soarer uzfe into my 1929 model A it all runs ok but the overdrive will not kick in i have a 12v feed to OD1 pin 28 the kick down is not wired yet could this be the problem? also does the kickdown wire KD pin 3 require an earth or a feed to trip it

Hi I am building a 29 ford model A hotrod with a japanese home market 90/91 spec soarer V8 it appears to only have 1 ecu for engine and transmission ,is this correct? I have the complete doner vehicle what do i need to connect to keep the autobox working? Any help would be most helpful thanks...
