    LS400 into 1960 F100 Where do I start?

    Hi Dave, I haven't done my transplant yet! I've stripped out an LS400 ready to put it all into my 1960 Standard Vanguard Vignale but it has to wait its turn. I'm just learning on here at the moment. Happy to help if I can, I have quite a bit of wiring info squirreled away. Cheers, Paul

    It will be a sleeper. Only clues will be slightly larger steel rims and a slight knock with the lowering stick. There's quite a bit of bodywork to do, lack of protection and the British climate have left there mark. But it is on the road at the moment! I don't expect to get into it seriously...

    Thanks for the welcome guys! Zuffen, yup, tractor engines are not in my plans. Good reliable old plodder but soooo dull! Sudsy, totally agree. I tend towards the oddball English stuff. Last car was a big block Ford powered Morris Six:)
