hello..i has been tried for the pass two week tried to get this car(sc400)to run.i'm getting code 14 & 15 and sumtime code 78. i've newly changes the coil packs,fuel pump,fuel filter and passenger fuel regulator.the spark plugs,plugs,cap and rotor look fairly new but i'm gonna tried to change...

hello needs help what is't and where to located? 78= fuel pump control...is that is the same as an fuel pump??? and also 14,15=IGNITION SIGNAL and 24 = IAT SENSOR SIGNAL??? much help would be appreciated!
