Hey sideshow nice radiator. I might have to get one of those trd thermostat's. Mr enforcer sure does nice work doesn't he, what temp do you have your thermo's coming on?

We have swapped the Hoses around a couple of days ago, and i will be testing over the next few days but i can say it runs much cooler now...... Thanks Nemises and Twisty, thanks to your keen eye i may be able to get an m90 under there seeing it cools now :-)

What is the factory thermostate temp for the 1uz, and what temp is best to run the motor at? im just trying to set up the temp for the fans to come on? does 92 Deg C sound right?

Twisty the headers and the radiator were custom made by Mr Enforcer in sydney... Highly recommended...

Is the bleed hole the large bolt (without putting a spanner on it) a size 14mm or so just ontop of the upper radiator hose outlet case? i can hear air moving around my heater on occasions and am having funny heating problems at the moment. I usually run at 86deg C but lately it goes to around...

Most people have done the 2" body lift, has anyone gone to 3" And can you leave the g/box and still fit the engine without going back 35mm? is it to help with the sump clearance? Thanks
