What did you want to know about it? They use the 2UZ, they're full-time 4WD. I don't think they're any different than the last few years... or are you talking about the FJ Cruiser?

A Lexus ES is basically a V6 Camry. You're really comparing the base model new Camry with the high-end Camry (ES) from '97. They've always been good cars but I'm not trying to justify Motor Trend's decision (although I do agree with them). You should compare the ES with a '07 Camry that's loaded...

I don't know of any definite plans for the turbo diesel, but I did read that Toyota recently invested in Isuzu and plans to use some of their diesel technology in the future.

The 454 and 502 both have a 4" stroke, the Tundra 5.7 will have a 4.02" stroke! Pretty huge indeed. The 3UR (5.7L) has an aluminum block & heads. As far as I know nobody has one yet, they haven't hit the dealerships yet but they should within the next couple weeks. My boss is actually gone today...
