I didn't understand this at all.......:confused:. I believe the stock 1uz rods can handle 500HP, right?? not that I ever plan on making that much HP. 350-450 FI (Supercharged) is good enough for me.

Took this motor apart months ago. rod was burnt, crank journal to match, and a dip in a cylinder. :( Boooo! LOL Hunting for a new block (2gen 1uz ) was supposed to be easy. Now I'm ready for some 2uz action.

Also Ive noticed a huge price diff in 2uzfe front engine components, could I use them safely on my 1uz. Ive read on this forum that the Oil pump works. So I'm curious as to what else will? TIA, Joel
