Hello, i just got code 13 on my 1990 LS 400,,read the code and it said Rpm signal,i have no idea to what it is , can some pls healp or if anyone had same proble... the car runs but sometimes it shutsoff and it keep acting like if is going to dhutoff again . dont know what to do hlep :confused

hello,i just got code 13 on my 1990 lexus,,and the car star but once in a while it shut off nad the RPM idling keeps going up and down ,but it still running,,i need help i dont know what to do or what part to buy!! Have any of yous have this problem?
