believe it or not, both knock sensors faulty, before I removed the manifold etc, un plugged one through gap, clipped another in and held against block to check, reset computer, then only other came up, so changed both, all sweet. all my years doing toyota engine's never had a faulty knock...

seems to be the month for 1u's lol ok strange one, customer brang car in that another gentleman has done in a surf, which he used the orginal surf mounts, and when you rev the engine, it has exsesive engine movement and I mean over an inch. when you give it a good rev or drive it, always pops...

for people that may view, the celsior computer 4th plug, trans plug that holds batt wire (black/yellow stripe) ( plug that is up side down and away from the other 3) the large blue wire which is pin 1 that is not in the Ls400 lexus diagram, this wire needs to be grounded, if you are not usuing...
