so if i go with a early 1uz (89-93) is that all i need for it to get it running ecu wise is the stock harness and ecu?? because ive read threads people are pulling all sorts of electronics to get it running but what i dont get why unless it has something to do with the later 1uz.

my name is sean and ive got a few questions about swaping a 1uz into a mk3 chassis.
i am not really a very active member on these forums but i am on supraforums(alpinsupra) and supramania(alpinesupra) so i did some searching and didnt really find all the answeres i need and or want...
the reason for this thread is to learn more.
ive never seen the under chasis or motor works with the wireing and o2 sensor positions so thats why i ask.
now i know most the older gm's and ford's (pre 95) dont really have to use the mil eliminators but i know for a fact gm's and ford's (post 95)...
well first im gonna build my 7m motor for 700hp in the supra ive got now and then the 2nd mk3 im gonna get is gonna get the lex v8 with a custom tt setup maybe pushing 8-900hp ish (we'll see).
now i know from doing some reading that the older (late 80's early 90's) 1u motors came with forged...
has anyone put the 4.3l 3u or 4.7 2u motors into a mk3 supra??
ive seen plenty of the 4.0 1u motors with 2 or 3u heads but what about the bottom ends of these motors??
