I for one want to know how easy it was to break that rod. Is the 5.7 pretty weak?

I've been playing with the idea of selling my complete 1UZ-FE setup, including the intake pipes, bracket, battery relocation kit, fuel pressure regulator, pulley, belt..

That one will work :) Although $1500 for a blower? Jeeeeeezzzzz...... I've bought three and spent less than $750 each time.

Not so fast about the Mustangs using a CW unit. My CCW unit is from a Mustang. The 5.0L or 87-93 Mustang kits are CW. The 4.6L kits are CCW, and are the ones you want.

... I would like to retract my previous post. The genuine alternator brush and holder can be bought for $13.74 from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. The eBay brush and holder is about $10. If I were to do this again, I would have purchased the genuine part.

I would try a methanol injection scheme if I were you. The fact that I never did it to my car is what's keeping me at 3psi.

Your setup is almost identical to mine... down to the motor and supercharger, and intake routing. You just run waaaaaaaaaaaay more boost and have a healthier motor, I pulled 245rwhp with everything else completely stock, including the horrible auto trans and horrible exhaust and a gigantic 3.75"...
