Yet another error code question code 51??

hello all ive done some searching and not found much information about this code 51 in a UCF10 celsior
the trc off light remains on constantly aswell as the engine check light and no trc working, occasionaly when i feels like it the trc works and the lights all go out till the next time i get in the car...

but what this chart means i have no idea so if anyone knows that would be a great help

Does your car run correctly? Did you just pull codes to see what it says?

51 just means either that the tranny is not in P or N, or the A/C and fan are switched ON, or the TPS is not in IDL.

Basically all those above conditions need to be met, otherwise the ecu won't go into full diagnostics mode.
