Whats the story for pulley changes on M90 Eatons?

I have been reading on the net that the Eaton M90's require a special tool and a bit of skill to change the pulley. Also pulleys may be expensive? Anyonw know the story with them???

i stuck my supercharger in the press and pressed it off or to make a pulley you need a flat piece of heavy plate and slot it out to the diameter of the shaft so it fits behind the pulley nice and tight and drill and tap 2 holes on either side of the pulley into the back plate. then make a front plate to suit back plate drilling 2 clearance holes to suit the back plate holes. then find the centre of the shaft with your front plate and tap a fine pitch tread like m20x1.5mm pitch and screw the pulley of there is nothing speical about it. i dont think it would cost much to get a pulley turned up
