hi all , i have had the misfortune of having the water pump seize on my sc 400 soarer and nearly catch fire to the timing belt ,it appears to have slipped on the camshafts .the car got up to about 3/4 temp before the problem became apparent . does anybody know how to reset the camshafts for the installation of a new water pump and timing belt kit ? also with the car reaching 3,4 temp is it likely that i could have warped heads or head gasket problems when i became aware of the problem i immediately pulled over and turned the car off let it cool down and tried to restart car at which time it cranked over slowly for a couple of seconds and the engine management shut the motor down and i had the car towed home
