Oil Filter

I don't know if this has already been posted some where but a friend has the 4.7L Cruiser and the oil filter it uses from factory is a short oil Filter with the Ryco part number Z418 and it lists the 300, 400, 430 and 470 on the packaging so anybody looking for a oil filter this would be a toyota spec equiv for these motors.

z418 is used on alot of toyota engines, but they dont fit on a 1uz in a hilux chassis

This is a pic of my z418 oil filter fitted to my Soarer/SC400 1UZ which is in a hilux. I believe you can buy this filter mount from toyota and its probably cheaper than setting up a remote system.
