It's a replacement for the upper only. The stock intakes are two piece. The lower manifold has the "V".

Well I thought that first but then the runner's spacing doesn't look right?

The lower half of the original intake more or less has the inlets in pairs, these look equidistant on each side.

We are talking for the 1UZ right????

If you look carefully at the feet of the runners you can see the holes to bolt this down to the head.

There are also mounting points for the fuel rails.

Correct, this is a 2UZ manifold. The top cover section is resting over the floor plate for the photo. The runner have been ported since the pics.
