What struck me were the size of the primaries. Guess they're not too concerned about low end torque are they?

For an F1 engine? Not likely, certainly not when you are going to be revving the tits off it!

Question, when you talk about primarys are you talking about the size of the exhaust pipes just as they come out of the block and before they merge together?

Yes, the primaries are the tubes coming off each exhaust port before the collector.

This photo may be a little deceiving since the header obviously isn't attached to the head, and it's a fair bit closer to the camera than the motor, so its size may be exaggerated.

i've never heard of a Lambo F1 engine.... but there is a first for everything. still, i'm skeptical.
