hi everybody!
ive got a few classic toyotas and im going to put a 1UZ in my 74 crown coupe, so ill be asking plenty of stupid questions at some point or another.
my other cars are both 76 celicas, one has a 1JZ and i havent decided what motor im going to put in the other one...

at the mo im not running anything.
i have used a link before and it was ****, i need to talk to the boys at link to see what advancments they have made, but no matter what we did we could not get the car to cold start, complete bastard it was, that was a while ago so im sure they've done some homework since then.
time will tell.

The really really old stuff didnt have very good cold start, the new G2 / G3 stuff leaves it for dead. Having said that, even my LEM V5's cold start is awesome in my Levin race car, so somewhere along the line they got it right. Try calling NZEFI in Christchurch they install, sell and tune them and can help with the education on them technically.
