G'day everybody, well it is nearly time to rip out the 3L V6 from my 4Runner and install my 1uz with eaton GM M90 supercharger. I'm fine with all the other stuff (I'm a fitter and Machinist) but the plumbing for the vacume lines etc for the Supercharger have me stumped. Can anyone help me out with info and pictures. My Build:
1992 SR5 4Runner
5 speed manual - was auto.
GM Eaton M90 supercharger off a V6 Commodore
Bullet inlet manifold
Bullet water to air intercooler
Bosch electric water pump
Custom made w2A radiator - Leisure coast welders
haltech Sports 2000 ecu with complete wire loom
Custom headers into 3" single system
2000 model Prado disc brake rear end
130L Longranger fuel tank

that should pull my 6.5m boat :D

Add to that some [atleast] 36Lb injectors and up graded fuel pump..
Google is your friend..
 
315cc lime green injectors will be plug and play for that size set up, if you get stuck I have a set I could part with.

Vacuum lines are easy, one from the top of the bypass valve goes to the inlet side of the supercharger. Vacuum line from the top of the fuel pressure regulator goes to the bottom manifold, and map sensor line goes to the bottom manifold too.

Have fun on the build and post up some pictures, sounds a bit like Frankensteins car, just the way I like them.
 
One nice quick Ford Capri here in Sydney with 1UZ turbo running two Gt3540's. E85 fuel. Through Powerglide... Running out of gear in higher end.. Requires taller gears...
Turn your speakers up...Check the fabrication at the start of clip...
8.49 @ 160mph.. 1.29 60 footers...
