Help please engine not running

I have just transplanted a 1uz into an Isuzu Mu
It is wired up ok I am fairly sure of that - it is wired as per the 2 diagrams on this site
The engine winds over it has 12v at the ignitors and the diagnosis plug
It has no spark and has 12v on both wires going to the injectors
Is this a shot ecu ??
numbers on ecu are toyota 89661-501?0 (has been rubbed off)
denso 175000-2972
26p 16p 22p 26p
I think it is a ucf 11 celsior ??

Have you got the ignitor bodies earthed? There should be 12v at both sides of the injectors until they get triggered from the ECU. Do you have any trouble codes?

Yes the ignitors are earthed I have also tried another set with no luck
I have no codes as I seem to be having trouble getting it to work
I have hooked up a lamp with a 12v supply but cannot get any response at all

Double check the coils too.

I'd be looking at the cam angle sensors to ensure they are connected.

It's pretty easy to leave a plug off when doing a conversion.

I would be double checking you have all the powers to the ecu. The check light should flash when the check connectors are attached and when the ECU is powered up before the engine starts.
