Good time for an update.
The headers are a direct bolt in for 1998-2000 GS400, SC430, LS430, GS430.
The 430 cars generally require extending the o2 harness.
The bolt in to all SC400s but require relocation of the stock cats OR replacing with aftermarket cats OR eliminating cats AND finishing the exhaust either to the stock Y pipe or custom Y pipe. There are no provisions for the EGR so that would need to be eliminated on the 1992-1997 models or custom installed with a flange in a downpipe. S&S Headers has that flange for custom work.

1990-1994 LS400s should fit but require the same mods as the above SC400s.
1995-1997 LS400s are unknown but are probably similar to 1998-2000 LS400s. These cars are a tight fit for the headers but can be installed. Some exhaust work is needed.
