fuel rail banjo fittings

Hi,

does anyone know what size banjo fittings are needed for the supply and return legs of the fuel line on a 1UZ. Looking to replace them with JIC ends and aero hose!

12mm get honda fittings from jegs thats what i used

The only reason you would replace the return line is for bling unless the return is too small.

For it to be too small you would need to be running two Bosh 044 fuel pumps.

The return line isn't under any pressure to speak of (perhaps 1 or 2psi) so any EFi fuel line will be way more than adaquet.

my gs400 with the vvti does not have a return line stock ill take pics of mine tomorrow i put in a fpr large external pump and filter and made a custom pickup.

Late model cars run a returnless system.

The ECU regulates power to the fuel pump via a PWM signal to maintain the correct line pressure.
