Hey! I just bought a 91 Soarer L....
I was wondering in any one could tell me how to get the radio to pick Australian frequencies?

Just out of curiosity, can the stock 12 stacker CD be changed with another but still be constoled by the touch screen?

No, the stock stacker cannot be changed and still be controlled by the touch screen, unless the stacker is a rebadged namebrand. Unplug it from the back of the headunit, and snap a photo of the plug.
I should be able to see whether its the same as aftermarket, but I highly doubt it.

As for the FM radio, go to a car stereo shop, and buy a unit to take 10MHz off the frequency.
They cost about $30 from memory, and should be available at most places.
