engine running on

My 1uz 1992 with the 26 16 22 26 ecu ,when ignition and key removed the engine and fuel pump keeps running,i have wired it with the 3 relays and wires from the ecu as per the tonyd wiring diagrams it fires and runs fine but i cannot shut the fuel pump or engine off unless i pull the fuse out.......anybody got any ideas where i should be looking.

Yep you've got one of the relays wired the wrong way. Can't remember which one as this happened to me on the first one I wired up, Took me ages to find and then stood out like the proverbial dogs nuts and trust me you aint the first to do that and won't be the last
