Engine going into limp mode

I have a mate with a conversion into a hiace van
And after a few minutes of running goes into limp mode

I havent looked at it yet, just trying to find some info before i do

Im told its got fault codes 4 and 7
Code 4 temp sender, he has tried a new one
Code 7 throttle position, and he has tried a s/h with no luck

Any ideas?

Engine is from a celsior, ecu pin configurations are 22, 28, 34, 16,

Yes what model Celsior? Part number off the ECU 89661-*****

He's probably looking at code 47 which is sub TPS for traction control
