Does Size Matter?

No not that! An ads from Accel stating" Its not the size, It how it performs!" It stated that it has 150 ohms per foot. What is our stock splug wires. What is its resistance? They also stated that the diameter is half of a typical wieres with super flexible and great for space and weight saving.

What do u guys or gals think? Does size matter?

The Cart racing engines, F1 too, have used a very small diameter wire for the ignition.

The adds you see for 8mm wire etc refer to the insulation thickness... Thicker this, silicon that, etc, etc...

The cores are the important bit providing that the insulation does it's job.
It is more important to run the wires so that they do not rub on anything, don't touch the hot bits and don't contact each other.
A nice thin, flexible wire with a superior core would do a fine job...
