I've been searching through this forum for months and today I've decided to join. I have a '93 Nissan 240SX Hatchback. I've researched and came across parts to run my 1uz into my 240. Part list are below:

- Fuel Injection Module EDIS8
- Megasquirt 3
- 36-1 trigger wheel
- Trans / Engine Mount for ka24 Trans.
- Custom Headers for the driverside.
- ARP Head studs
- MLS Head Gaskets

I look forward to making my car run and joining the Lextreme Family.

if you are going to run the ms3, the edis controller, and the trigger wheel are not needed as the ms3 drives up to 12 coils directly, and it can use any crank and cam sensor combo to run off of. Also, I sell the mounts and the trans adaptor for the 240 @ www.toyotav8.com

and also, if you run the sc400 manifolds you will not have to modify the header on the drivers side. I just finished a 240 last week so it's still fresh in my head.

Thanks man! I've been doing a lot of research and this is paying off greatly! Ive taken off the Valve covers, crank, and belt. I'm in the process now of powerwashing the mess out of the block. Next, i'm planning on replacing the gaskets and ARP Head studs. I'm Planning on running 12-14PSI to reach my 400HP goal. But for now, I just want the car to run.

Welcome to Lextreme. For 400bhp, this can be achieved on a low boost setup (6psi or so) and the VVTi can hit 400 with basic bolt ons (I/H/E/tune). What year UZ do you have?

Hey spf_lexus,

I have a 92 SC400 Engine. I know the SC models have higher cc's than the LS. Today, i'm planning on taking the heads out.

MAD!!! anyways here are the pics!

I'm planning on Taking the Oil pan, Middle pan (i need an LS400 Oil Pan Conversion) so i can mount it on my 240sx properly.

Should i take other precautions before turbocharging at 6lbs? ie.. water pump...
