Will 97 - 2000 sc400 bumpers match up to my 1993 SC400? I want to update the look of the car and I didn't know if the bumpers were interchangable or if I have to modify anything to do so.

The bumpers from 92-2000 SC300/400 will fit definitely all the cars in these years with no problems. Many older SCs (92-96) were converted using newer SCs' bumpers and side skirts. My '95 SC400 is currently having a Vertex style body kit that's made for 92-2000 SC300/400. The only difference is the front side fog lights of the older SCs have square shape while the newer SCs have oval round shape. You can either get newer SC's fog lights or do like I did. I used the grill at Home Depot and glued the holes inside the bumper. It looks really good.
